Custard moved out of the consumer market in the late 90’s, transitioning into our current role as a pioneering IT support provider with a focus on customer support. This move not only meant a move in company direction but also in physical premises from a shop in Nottingham to our new Head Quarters based at Hexgreave Hall, Newark.
The aim of Custard is to be the market leader in one-stop IT solutions, meaning we are not only the first stop for purchases and support but we also liaise with any third party providers, meaning companies no longer have to rely on anyone else doing the IT job within their organisation. We pride ourselves on customer service and by providing 24/7 support we make sure that regardless of business size or type, our clients can rely on us to fix problems, big or small, and by giving them unlimited onsite and offsite support, they can talk to us anytime of the day or night.
Custard has now expanded and provides IT solutions to over 85 customers internationally, in a variety of verticals including manufacturing, education, services, retail, charities, aerospace and consumer goods to name just a few.
