August seemed a busy month for the service desk but around the same amount of tickets were logged. Despite this usually being the quieter period of our year due to holidays! 1268 tickets were logged with a first contact resolution of 95%
We have received 113 smiley faces this month and Dane has taken the title of Customer Champion with 39 smiley faces.
Thanks to everyone who has provided feedback as we really do appreciate it. Here are some of the comments we received.
I have had a lot of problems this week with the new computer and printers but the majority of issues have been sorted out very quickly and I do not usually have to wait for assistance.
Adam dealt with the blocked email quickly, with no fuss. Thanks for the speedy fix.
Alex has helped me several times and each time been very pleasant.
Alex fixed the problem immediately and advised me what had caused the issue.
Thank you Dane much appreciated, hope I didn’t come across as abrupt just really under pressure today and not in the office tomorrow. Thanks again for all your help you’re a star.
