The Challenge

Since 1989 Selenity has been delivering exceptional products and high quality service that strive to streamline business processes and reduce spend.

Our challenge was that software company Selenity were
looking to make their internal processes more reliable. They were looking for ways that their IT infrastructure could help them save time, make business improvements and give themselves the opportunity to improve on their current on-premise exchange.

Selenity

The Solution

Selenity were looking for an experienced IT firm that could help them with their migration from an on-premise exchange to Office 365 and OneNote, starting with a kick-off meeting to get a scope of the project and a realistic timeline.

Our team assessed their IT requirements and proposed what the finished outcome would look like to ensure the project would work for them and be a significant improvement to their business.

Within the agreed timeframe, we were able to complete a successful move over to Office 365 and OneNote. Communication was very speedy, with the team at Custard checking-in that all was going well throughout the project, which was acknowledged by their business support team.

The Results

We successfully moved Selenity over to Office 365 within the projected timescale, always available to discuss any queries. OneNote also became a lot more reliable than ever before.

The results have been an array of time savings, process improvements and the ability to expand on the scope of Office 365. Feedback from the team at Selenity has been very positive as a well-executed smooth project was delivered.
