July is upon us, and that’s another month under the belt of the technical team. June saw an increase in tickets, a total of 1638 being logged in this time which has increased since last month by around 500 tickets.

The technical team have managed to score an amazing 101 smiley faces this month with Alex hitting 40 of those. We have had some kind messages as a result of the help we have provided. 38 minutes, is all it takes for a customer to be contacted with an impressive 83% of tickets being resolved at first point of call.
