September has seen the exact number of tickets logged that were logged in August! 1268 tickets were logged with a first contact resolution of 96% which as increased by 1%. We are heading towards what is usually our busiest time of the year now so we are expecting to see the ticket volume increase.
We have received 160 smiley faces this month which is a huge increase on last month and Dane has taken the title of Customer Champion again with 63 smiley faces!!
